Faster Servers and more Bandwidth

What a ride 2023 was! Last year was a whirlwind of growth with new pharmacies and more orders. Additionally, we added many new features to PharmSaver during 2023. With all of that growth, it was time to upgrade our servers!

Due to security related issues, we can't share what types of servers we are using or where they are located, but we can tell you that our new servers are like rockets! They're faster, more powerful, and ready to tackle anything. With lightning-fast CPUs, faster hard drive arrays, an ultra-quick network and database redundancy, we're breaking records in PO and inventory uploads, orders, and decreasing web page loading times! The good part is, as you read this, you're already using them.  

Minimum and Maximum Quantity for Purchase:

Sometimes wholesalers will restrict the purchase of an item to a minimum or maximum quantity available for sale. This is done for a variety of reasons, such as offering savings for bulk purchases or when the margin on an item is so low they need to sell more to achieve a profit. At PharmSaver, we realize you may want to purchase either more or less than the current wholesaler min/max limit. In these cases, please Contact Us and we will work with the wholesaler to get you the quantity that you need.

Redesigned Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

We revamped our FAQ page to make it more user friendly. It now sports a collapsible design that makes finding your question and answers easier. A new section specifically for chain pharmacies has been added as well. Try the new FAQ today.

Colorful Emails:

Let's be honest. Most PharmSaver email that you receive is, well, utilitarian. In an effort to make opening those emails a little easier, we've updated a number of the designs, adding graphics, color and improved formatting. We hope you like the changes.

Report Changes:

We've made some exciting updates to our reports, introducing new export formats for added flexibility. Now, easily export your data in CSV format hassle-free. Explore the various export options available in your reports, offering flexibility beyond your expectations. These new export features are incredibly useful, especially when sharing results with your organization via email.
