How do I?
How do I view my Order History and Order Details?

The Order History page allows for full access to past and active orders. From here, users can receive orders, indicate that items received were damaged, decline orders and view all details related to the order. For more details on how to do each of these, see the list below.

Order History

My order was incomplete. What should I do?
  1. From the Pharmacy Home page, under Order History, select the order you want to view by clicking on the order number.
  2. Order Details for the selected order will display.
  3. Locate the Wholesaler phone number under the "Wholesaler" section of the Order Details and contact the wholesaler directly and let them know which items are missing from the order.
  4. If you have problems please contact PharmSaver.net support and we may be able to help you.

Order History

How do I reconcile my order?
  1. From the Pharmacy Home page, under Order History, select the order you want to view by clicking on the order number.
  2. Order Details for the selected order will display.
  3. If the order has been shipped by the wholesaler you should see a "Receive Order" button in the "Ship to Pharmacy" section.  
  4. Click the Receive Order button.
  5. In the Reconcile Date field, select the date when the reconciliation is taking place.
  6. In the Received Date field, select the date when the order was received.
  7. To mark your order received, from the Status drop-down, select Received.
  8. Click Save when done.

Receive Order

I received a damaged or broken item. What should I do?
  1. From the Pharmacy Home page, under Order History, select the order you want to view by clicking on the order number.
  2. Order Details for the selected order will display.
  3. Locate the Wholesaler phone number under the "Wholesaler" section of the Order Details and contact the wholesaler directly and let them know which items are damaged.
  4. Please note that policy varies by wholesaler. If you have problems returning your items contact PharmSaver.net support and we may be able to help you.

Damaged Item

I want to return my order. What should I do?
  1. From the Pharmacy Home page, under Order History, select the order you want to view by clicking on the order number.
  2. Order Details for the selected order will display.
  3. Locate the Wholesaler phone number under the "Wholesaler" section of the Order Details and contact the wholesaler directly and let them know you want to return the entire order.
  4. Please note that policy varies by wholesaler. If you have problems returning your items contact PharmSaver.net support and we may be able to help you.
