Here is some basic information on web browsers used with PharmSaver. If you have a question not listed below please use the Contact Us page to let us help.

Web Browser Help

What web browsers are supported by PharmSaver?

  • We recommend Google Chrome for most users.
  • PharmSaver is also tested and fully functional on Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox browsers. Microsoft Internet Explorer is not recommended.
  • Please make sure you are on the latest release of your chosen web browser and that JavaScript is enabled (it is by default).

Does PharmSaver work with mobile web browsers?

  • Yes, PharmSaver has been tested with Chrome on Android tablets and Apple iPads. Generally PharmSaver is best experienced using a desktop, laptop or tablet. Functionality may be reduced on phone devices.

Where can I download this web browser?

  • Google Chrome - For Windows or Mac. You can get it here - Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge - For Windows 10 PCs only. It should have been installed on your PC by the manufacturer. If you really cannot find it on your PC try here - Microsoft Edge.
  • Mozilla Firefox - For Windows or Mac. You can get it here - Mozilla Firefox

How do I clear my web browser cache?

  • Google Chrome - Click on the "Settings" icon (3 dots in a row) at the top right of the web browser window. Select Settings. Select Privacy and security. Scroll to Privacy and security panel. Click Clear browsing data.
  • Microsoft Edge - Click on the "Settings" icon (3 dots in a row) at the top right of the web browser window. Select Settings. Select Privacy, Search and Services. Under Clear Browsing Data, Choose what to clear and "All time" time range. Be careful not to clear your passwords. Click Clear now button.
  • Mozilla Firefox - Click on the Hamburger menu (3 lines stacked) at the top right of the web browser window. Choose Options. Click on Privacy & Security. Scroll down, find Cookies and Site Data. Click on Clear Data... button. 

How do I find my web browser's version number?

  • Google Chrome - Click on the "Settings" icon (3 dots in a row) at the top right of the web browser window. Select Help from the menu. Select About Google Chrome.
  • Microsoft Edge - Click on the "Settings" icon (3 dots in a row) at the top right of the web browser window. Optionally press ALT+F. Select Help and Feedback from the menu. Select About Microsoft Edge.
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) - Click the Help menu, and then select About Internet Explorer.
  • Mozilla Firefox - Click on the Hamburger menu (3 lines stacked) at the top right of the web browser window. Select Help. Select About Firefox.
  • Apple Safari - Click the Safari menu, and then select About Safari.
