PharmSaver Makes it Easy to Find Your Transactional Statements!

Transactional Statements are documents that outline the terms and conditions of the sale of medications. They include the transaction information either on paper or electronically going back to the manufacturer. Pharmacies don't have to go to multiple wholesaler websites to get transactional statements; they can access them directly on PharmSaver.

While there is no required format for Transactional Statements by the FDA, a T3 Report does require this information; Drug Name, Strength and Dosage, NDC, Lot #, Date of Transaction and Trading Partners. PharmSaver lists this information, provided by the wholesaler, in an easy to read and print format.

In the Activity Center you will find the link to Transactional Statements. From here you can find the Statement you are looking for by using several options.

You can search by Wholesaler, Invoice #, Invoice Dates (date range selection), Order #, and by NDC. You can also view the DSCSA Transaction Data that includes information for Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) products. All of these reports and statements can be saved and printed.

We Update Drug Shortages Daily!

This quarter we want to remind you that we post updates to Drug Shortages daily. This includes both updating our public Drug Shortage list and items that are in stock.

To find out what is in stock we provide a quick link on your Pharmacy Home Page for access to a full list of shortage items and alternate products that are now in stock. Ordering is easy. Just select the product, quantity and click the Add button. With PharmSaver, you'll be able to provide excellent service to your customers by offering you those items we know your customers need now but may not be available from other pharmaceutical wholesalers or ordering services. Stay up to date and ahead of the competition by knowing what's available in real time.


Tech Tip

Use Quick Cart for your Repeat Orders!

Save time by creating and saving your repeat orders with Quick Cart. You all have those orders that are submitted for stock for example on a monthly basis. With Quick Cart you can save precious time every month by only having to create those orders one time. You can then go into those orders and quickly Load that cart with one click. This feature also allows you to add, delete, or change quantities before submitting any order. Here is more information about how Quick Cart works:

1) Select Cart area allows you to use the dropdown and select the cart you would like to use. Once you select the cart you have options to Load, Copy, or Delete that saved cart.

2) Stock Status will display the current stock status for all lines in that order. You will see Yes, No, or Unknown based on whether the item is in stock at that time.

3) To the far right you will see options to Edit (pencil icon), Delete (red X icon), or Add to Cart (shopping cart icon) each of the line items. This allows flexibility in how you add items to your cart quickly.

4) All of the Quantity values are able to be edited based on what you need for that day's order.

5) At the bottom of the screen you will see options to add a New Item and also a button to Update any changes you have made in quantities.
