Featured Article: EZ Entry Shortcuts! There are several easy ways to load your cart in EZ Entry. Using this feature will save you time and create your cart with one click. Shortcut #1: Loading Previous Orders into EZ Entry - Click on the Order Number in the Order History and open the order. Use the "Load in EZ Entry" button on the bottom. Shortcut #2: Add to Your Watch List and not to Your Cart - In EZ Entry, in the lower left corner you can click the box and add all items into your Watch List instead of your cart. Shortcut #3: Copy from Excel File or Text File - Open the file and copy the NDC, Price, and/or Quantity column(s) and paste in the box in EZ Entry and click on the Upload button. Shortcut #4: Add item with 10 or 11 NDC Numbers - The system will accept either 10 or 11 digit NDC numbers. Shortcut #5: Select Separator Type to Manage Defaults - You can use a comma (,), pipe (\|), or slash (/) to separate values. Saving you time and money is first priority at PharmSaver

Did You Know?

Create a Watch List to know when your top drugs are available!

With PharmSaver you can easily create a Watch List of several, dozens, or even hundreds of drugs to stay up to date with the inventory status and pricing of your top drug choices. A Watch List can help you make sure your inventory is always in stock for your customers. This should be an essential part of your ordering strategy.

1) Select Cart area allows you to select your Watchlist from the dropdown.

2) You can choose which items on your list to check for by checking the box in the Active column or unchecking the box to exclude that item.

3) All of the Quantity values are able to be edited based on what you need for that day's order.

4) Match Price columm helps you set pricing requirements. You can change the pricing based on the market or your budgeting needs and PharmSaver can automatically email you when an item becomes available at the price you entered.

5) Stock Status will display the current stock status. You will see Yes, No, or Unknown based on whether the item is in stock at a PharmSaver wholesaler at that time.

6) To the far right you will see options to Edit (pencil icon), Delete (red X icon), or Add to Cart (shopping cart icon) each of the line items. This allows flexibility in how you add items to your cart quickly.

7) At the bottom of the screen you will see options to add a New Item.

8) Update any changes you have made on the page.

Tech Tip

Exporting PharmSaver Orders to Excel

Exporting your PharmSaver orders to Excel is easier than you think. On your PharmSaver Home Page you can simply click on the blue link for the order to be exported. When the order is open, on the right side of the page you will see the options to either Export or Print the order. Click on Export and save or view/open the order. You will have the option to open the file in a Excel to view it, or save it to the location you choose on your computer.

Once you have the order exported you can use it to either upload to your primary wholesaler of use it to upload to your pharmacy system. This saves time for those repeat orders and allows you to build orders and make the necessary changes and submit your order.

This process is another way that PharmSaver helps you save time and money every day.
