Did You Know?

Did you know that it's really easy to find contact information on wholesalers platformed on PharmSaver?

With PharmSaver you can easily

1) Login to your pharmacy account.

2) Click on My Account button located at top right of the page.

3) Select "Manage Wholesalers" from the drop down list.

On the Manage Wholesalers page you are able to include and exclude wholesalers from your purchasing experience. If you check a wholesaler to EXCLUDE them, the wholesaler will not appear on Order page search results nor will they be selected during a Purchase Order upload.

Look for the red checkmark that indicates VAWD certified wholesalers (almost all are). You will also see the wholesaler's mailing address, phone and fax numbers and overnight, product mix and shipping minimums for your pharmacy.

You can also find wholesaler contact information on your Order History page. Just go to the pharmacy home page and click on the Order # of an order you previously placed. On the right side of the page you'll see the wholesaler, address and phone number.

Tech Tip

Improve your Web Browser Performance!

If your web browser is a bit on the pokey side try a few tips that will help improve performance.

This first speedup is easy. Keep fewer browser tabs open. Each tab that is open takes memory and CPU. Too many tabs open and your PC will slow down quite a bit.

Next delete your cache and browsing history. Cache is space that records pieces of websites locally on your PC so the page will load faster. Over time this gets filled up and it takes time to look through all of the stuff saved on your PC. Click on the "Settings" icon (3 dots/bars stacked) at the top right of your web browser window. Look for Settings or Options (depending on your browser). Make sure that Cookies and site data are checked to be cleared. Click on Clear Browsing data.

If your web browser is really slow, try switching to a different browser. If you are using Google Chrome try Mozilla Firefox or vice versa. If one runs fast and the other slow, check to see if you have Extensions installed in the slow browser.
