Tech Tips for Pharmacies

How To Save A Document As A PDF

As a PharmSaver customer it’s very likely that you’ve been asked to send us some documentation. You’ve probably even needed to send in an updated state License and/or DEA. So you might have needed to figure out how to turn one of those documents into a PDF if it didn’t start that way. Here’s a quick tip on how to turn just about anything into a PDF.

Did You Know?

PharmSaver Can Help You With Your Audits

Third party audits can be a headache, but they don't have to be. PharmSaver can help you get them processed quickly and efficiently. Follow these simple steps and let us take care of the rest.

1.
Typically you will receive a document from the auditor stating the date range of the invoices they are looking for, the criteria for how the information should be provided, what specific data they are looking for, and a deadline that the audit is due by. This document needs to be in a PDF if it wasn’t provided to you that way. (Check our Tech Tips above for how to do this).

2.

When you are notified of the Audit send the document to us by emailing it to Vivian@pharmsaver.net. It is important that you send it as soon as you can. We work quickly. However, each of the wholesalers that we will be requesting your information from will need time to process the request. So please be sure to allow for that time.

3.

We will include you on the response to the auditor by using the email address the audit request was sent from. If there is anyone else that should be included on the communication please be sure to provide their email address as well.

4.
And of course if you have any additional questions please feel free to reach out. We are happy to help in any way we can. There are several methods listed in the Contact Us section below.
